Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow 2-5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email or text.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to process. Most domestic and international orders arrive within 8-20 business days. Domestic shipping to the United States will typically arrive sooner.

Q: I ordered two products, but have received only one... what's happening?

A: Since we have inventory that is not stored in the same warehouse, it is possible that some products get shipped separately. Do not worry, it is quite normal that you receive a product a few days before the other.

Q: Why is there a chemical smell/odor when I receive The Super Aqua 

A: In order to reduce costs and pass the savings on to the customer, we hold limited inventory. Therefore, our mats are manufactured only weeks or sometimes a few days before shipping to our customers. It may still have a residual rubber smell from the manufacturing process. But don't worry, simply place it outside in open air for a few hours and the smell will fade.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer can enjoy their shopping experience with us.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL encryption security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. We never store any information about our customer's private data!

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you want and click the 'Add To Cart' button or use the "Buy Now" Button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible! We offer a wide range of payment options to suit your needs including the major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Paypal, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

Q: Does Super Toy Factory provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages/defects, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure the best shopping experience. You can simply contact us at [e-mail] or click the Facebook Messenger Bubble at the bottom right, navigate the menu to contact us, and we'll get it addressed! You can request a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us. Please just send image proof first.
